More Trips, Rants & New Ideas But Had a 7cent Deal......

As I mentioned in my previous post, I haven't been couponing the way I normally do. We've actually been living off the stockpile, I was still using coupons but not in the manner I usually use them. I was suddenly without a vehicle(yikes), therefore I spent alot of time over the past month trying to find a vehicle. I did find one(Yay!!!).

This is just 1 of the reasons I love coupons. I was stocked enough that when this situation arose, I didn't have to worry about shopping as I spent ALOT of time trying to find a car.

So I have been getting back into the swing of things. Just like my previous trip(click here), I have been having expiring rewards. I had $7 in Register rewards(Walgreens) about to expire. I went to pick up free Glade expressions, but 2 stores did not have them. I have been very disappointed with Walgreens lack of stock lately. When that hot $5 Tylenol precise coupon was out lots of Walgreens did not have them.

Sorry, I'm rambling. This is how I spent the $7 register rewards.....

Since 2 Walgreens did not have the Glade Expressions, I still needed to use those RR's as they expired that day.....
(3) Tuf Towels @ $.69 each with in-ad coupon
(2) Walgreens Candy @ $1.50 each
(1) Burt Bees Cough drops @ $1.99 each
- $7 register rewards
= $.07 OOP
earned $2 RR(Burt Bees)

So I went to Rite Aid to take advantage of the Pantene deal. In my Rite Aid trip, I did start out with $4 UPR.....

I did 2 transactions & I only paid $.24 in each transaction. I left with $3 UPR.....

Next up was another Shoprite trip and in this trip I accidentally switched orders. So my first trans was supposed to be my second and vice versa.(been out of the loop for a while). So this is what I did..

I paid $5.84 OOP which is a little high to me, it wasn't supposed to be like that (ughh that switch) but earned $10 in Catalinas

2nd transaction...

In this trans, the milk was free and after coupons & $10 in Catalinas from trans above, I paid $2.44 OOP & earned $5 in Catalinas....

Ok, so I have rambled, ranted and raved. So I will end this with a Good night everyone!!
