Whew, this Shoprite trip here was a bit of work for me and of course after planning my trip and then get to the register & absolutely nothing goes right. Well the first thing I will say is, that I just stayed calm and preceeded to go to customer service to solve my 3 issues with my order.
So one of my issues was the Johnsonville sausage was on sale for $3 each but mine scanned at $4.99 each, so me knowing their policy pretty much by heart I knew that meant a free pack of meat.(as Shoprite price accuracy is if an item scans more than what it actually is then you get one of those item free) of course with some exclusions-check your local store for their price accuracy policy. and yes CS refunded me the difference AND the cost of 1 pk of sausage. CS also printed out my 2 catalinas that didn't print at the register.
So when all was said and done, this was my trip.....
OOP: $4.85
left with $11.00 in catalinas
saved over $61.00
