It's Sunday & I am the Biggest football fan there is, so one of the things I made today was this cheese dip, a recipe given to me by a co-worker. It is delicious, the family had a sampling but I will bring out the main dip a little later.
Here's what I used...
1 roll of Bob Evans sausage
1 pound of Velveeta cheese
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of Ro Tel
& hot sauce to taste
cook sausage however you like to cook it, then melt your cheese. Mix all ingredients (I ALWAYS add little first then more-you can always add more but once you put too much of anything, then what your making is completely ruined) Try it!!!!!
It's so easy & VERY good!!!!!!!
